Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check that the number of boxes is the same as indicated in the transport document, and that the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered, even in materials closure.
Any damage to the packaging and / or product or the mismatch in the number of items or information must be immediately reported by the customer, putting the word "AGREE WITH RESERVE" on the courier's delivery receipt. In order to make the delivery of the ordered products, you are always required the presence of the customer or his representative at the place indicated, and in the expected delivery day.
In the event that the courier can not find anyone at the address indicated for delivery, it will make a second attempt before holding the pack in the warehouse of the SDA headquarters nearest to the address of the recipient. After this period you will no longer pick up the package at the SDA stock and must again contact Not Only Socks for sending the goods purchased. In this case, the buyer will have to pay again the postage.
Cases of force majeure, lack of means of transport, as well as unpredictable or inevitable events that cause a delay in delivery or make it difficult or impossible deliveries or which cause a significant increase of the delivery cost to the Not Only Socks, will be entitled to postpone or cancel , in whole or in part, the expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Contract.
